The Leader's Guide to Inspiration

How do you integrate health, well-being, working environment, competence development and leadership into daily work — and create a huge success for both the company and the individual employee? The book gives the answer along with plenty of down-to-earth, practical tips. Completely free, because it is too good not to be shared. The book is written in Danish.

About the book

The book was written by Mads Cronquist as HR development manager at the construction company Christiansen & Essenbæk A/S and was published in June 2012 — written in just three weeks.

It grew out of the multi-year project “Well-being — 360 degrees”, which by focusing on individual self-care, organisational cohesion and a boost in leadership quality wrote a small piece of Danish history: three nominations and victory in both the Danish Working Environment Prize and Børsen's CSR Communication Award — the latter especially because of the book.

The LeaderShop model from the book has since been implemented in a long list of successful companies.
