Cronquist Consult ApS
The company was founded in 2004 and helps both private and public organisations move forward — also when it is difficult. The base is in Hillerød, and we deliver across Denmark and abroad.
The core competencies are developing people and business, based on frontline leadership experience with P&L responsibility in Denmark and abroad, including as internal process facilitator and trainer. That guarantees a genuine understanding of everyday challenges.
Besides an officer's background, the toolbox holds a CBA in strategy and innovation, business psychology and JTI certification. The speciality is developing leadership and training the people who have to carry out the changes.
The company is one man, Mads Cronquist — which keeps costs down to your benefit. When needed, external consultants and specialists are brought in, including venues and materials. We strongly believe in partnerships with extensive trust, fighting for a shared goal with different competencies. Every programme is always coordinated by Cronquist Consult.

The man behind
Mads Cronquist
Mads Cronquist (b. 1971) owns Cronquist Consult ApS, which together with Outfitter Kompagniet (acquired in 2013) and OLTC (founded in 2014) is part of HR Gruppen Holding ApS, specialising in organisational and business development in Denmark and abroad. The focus has always been leading and developing other people — abilities that have been put to the hardest test under some of the most demanding conditions imaginable.
- Trained emergency management officer and incident commander, supplemented by business and emergency preparedness courses plus a management trainee programme in the service industry.
- Certificate in Business Administration (CBA) in 2012 with the thesis “LeaderShop: the key to successful strategy” — top grade.
- Certified in JTI and business-oriented testing plus further education in business psychology. CBA in strategy and innovation.
- Has held roles as HR director, head of business development, sales manager, project director and operations manager in private companies and NGOs.
- Winner of the Danish Working Environment Prize and Børsen's CSR Communication Award as project manager.
- Experience from war and disaster zones — leadership under the most demanding conditions.
- Trained pilot and owns his own aircraft.
Mads is a dedicated networker and a frequent speaker at conferences on partnerships, CSR, well-being, leadership and disaster psychology. He has written the book “The Leader's Guide to Inspiration” and more than 50 articles on transformative leadership development, culture change and strategy execution.
