Background
Experience from the real world
The route into consultancy work went through operations. First leadership roles with responsibility for operations, sales and the bottom line, later HR and business development — and alongside that, emergency preparedness and crisis leadership, where decisions must be made while the situation is still changing. During the war in Bosnia, Mads was Project Manager for Danish Mobile Hospital.
Cronquist Consult was founded in 2004 and has since delivered leadership and organisational programmes for Danish and international clients. The work takes place from the executive level to day-to-day operations — with executives and C-level, middle managers, foremen, specialists, teams and leadership teams.
The Cronquist Consult approach is not built on theory alone, but on practical experience with leadership, people, organisation and business.
