What leadership development means here

A programme typically consists of several modules over time, where leaders work with shared language, tools and expectations. Between modules they continue in their own departments with practical assignments, buddy work and feedback from employees and their own manager.

We deliberately combine learning arenas: meeting room, workplace, outdoor settings and action learning, because leadership has to be practised under conditions that resemble real work.
