Leadership in practice

Approx. 6 days (including two residential stays) across 4 modules — equivalent to 8 full course days, with the option of 1:1 coaching.

The prices are only around 30-40% of what you find elsewhere — even though the quality is top notch. That is because there is no large administrative apparatus and operations are streamlined. At the same time you get access to fantastic outdoor course locations and instructors with more than 30 years of practical leadership experience from both private and public organisations.

Terms and conditions

Consultancy and keynotes apply 08:00–16:00 on weekdays. Evening surcharge (16:00–22:00) +50%. Night surcharge (22:00–08:00), weekends and public holidays +100%.
Courses are priced per person per day/night and are based on 10 participants with one trainer, excl. materials, AV, venue rental, catering and transport.
Keynotes are based on up to 50 attendees. Above that +10% per additional 10 people started.
Transport: DKK 200.15 per quarter hour started of ineffective time and DKK 3.94 per km, plus parking fees.
Re-invoicing of materials, catering, facilities and accommodation: +5%.
Deposit: a non-refundable deposit of min. 30% on order confirmation — the event is only booked once the deposit is paid.
Cancellation/changes 45-31, 30-15 or 14-7 business days before: 50%, 70% or 90% of the fee. 7-0 business days before: 100%.
Payment terms: invoice date + 8 days. Quotes are valid for 20 days from submission.
