Customer Deep Dive

Customer Deep Dive – bringing customer reality into decisions

Customer Deep Dive is a structured way to bring customers' experiences, needs and feedback into leadership development, business development and concrete decisions.

More than a customer-satisfaction survey

A Customer Deep Dive is not only about asking customers whether they are satisfied. It is about understanding what creates value, where friction arises, and what the organisation needs to do differently afterwards.

Customers can be involved through interviews, visits, live cases, feedback sessions or as direct input into a development programme when relevant and agreed.

When it makes sense

  • When leaders or consultants need a clearer understanding of customer reality.
  • When business development should be based on concrete customer value rather than assumptions.
  • When an organisation wants to test whether its processes, deliveries and relationships work for customers.
  • When a development programme should be connected to real customer situations.

Documented applications

Customer Deep Dive is documented in several approved programmes. At Cepheo, the company's own customers were invited in as live cases and co-teachers. At Poul Sejer Nielsen Service A/S, a customer-loyalty study formed part of a wider leadership and business programme.
