High Performance Team Leadership

High Performance Team Leadership is OLTC's intensive programme in leading a team towards high performance and executing under pressure. It has been delivered several times and exists in both a Danish and an international version.

A typical programme is an intensive residential course of around 4 days for about 10 participants. It was previously known as "Jungletur – training in execution"; in one programme, Christiansen & Essenbæk took part in a jungle expedition with intensive training in executing under harsh conditions alongside special forces instructors.

Business Leadership Change Program

The Business Leadership Change Program (OLTC Academy) is a modular leadership development programme designed around the client's needs, budget and timeline. It focuses on both team development and leadership development, with a commercial starting point in real operational challenges. It is delivered in Denmark and abroad.

Three examples of core elements:

• Depending on needs, the programme can also include process leadership, personal impact, sales leadership, change leadership, presentation technique, teaching technique, customer workshops, strategy seminars and sparring with top management.
• Modules are selected and combined for each programme — not every module is part of every programme.

Execution Leadership — Elite Class Training

Execution Leadership — Elite Class Training is intensive training in execution and leadership in demanding conditions abroad. It connects execution, leadership under pressure, cooperation and reflection with transfer to everyday leadership. The physical challenge is a means, not the objective.

OLTC has delivered two programmes abroad for Christiansen & Essenbæk. One team trained in Banja Luka in Bosnia, including rappelling, canyoning and white-water rafting. The other completed a four-day leadership programme around Mont Ventoux in France with mental preparation and outdoor exercises, where the goal was to cycle to the summit of Mont Ventoux — and the team reached the top.

Survival and strategy

Survival and strategy is OLTC training in leadership, decisions and strategy under pressure — not survival tourism. The setting is a demanding natural environment in which cooperation, prioritisation and decision-making become concrete, and the experience is linked to strategy and execution in the organisation.

OLTC has used winter-survival training in Värmland as a training environment. Format, duration and group size are agreed according to the purpose.

Training environments

OLTC chooses the training environment according to the learning objective. Some environments are documented deliveries; others are possible settings chosen when they fit the purpose.

• Delivered: Bosnia (Banja Luka, including rappelling from the natural stone bridge Kameni Most, canyoning and white-water rafting).
• Delivered: France (four-day leadership programme around Mont Ventoux).
• Delivered: a jungle expedition with special forces instructors.
• Delivered: Sweden (Fjällräven Classic and Kebnekaise; winter survival in Värmland).
• Possible settings: residential and outdoor training in Denmark, Austria and Alpine environments, such as randonnée skiing.
